Job Description: We are looking for skilled Residential Carpenters, including both Form Carpenters and Finish Carpenters, to contribute to the construction and remodeling of high-end residential properties. As a Residential Carpenter, you will be responsible for working on a variety of projects, from initial construction to final finishes. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional carpentry work while maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

Form Carpenter:Constructing and installing framework, formwork, and concrete structures for residential projects.
Reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and building plans.
Measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling wood and other materials according to specifications.
Utilizing hand and power tools to shape, smooth, and finish surfaces.
Ensuring accuracy and quality in all formwork construction.

Finish Carpenter:Installing doors, windows, trims, moldings, cabinets, and other finish carpentry elements.
Applying stains, varnishes, and other finishes to wood surfaces.
Ensuring precise measurements and fitting of all finish carpentry components.
Collaborating with other trades to achieve seamless integration of carpentry work with overall project requirements.
Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of work areas.

Requirements:

Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Residential Carpenter, specializing in either Form or Finish Carpentry.
Previous experience working on high-end residential projects is highly desirable.

Skills:Proficiency in reading blueprints, sketches, and building plans.
Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
Strong understanding of construction and safety codes.
Ability to accurately measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional craftsmanship.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements:Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Education:High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional certification or vocational training in carpentry is a plus.
