Food Server

You will serve our guests at the restaurant by ensuring they are seated promptly, their orders are taken, prepared, and served on time, and that tables are cleaned and ready for the next guests. • Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to answer client queries and provide recommendations
• Participate in pre-shift and department meetings to gain a thorough grasp of all products, services, and facility activities
• Complete all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing side work as instructed
• Greet customers, take food and beverage orders from diners, serve orders promptly, and accommodate any special needs or requests
• Receive proper payment from the guest and ensure the accuracy of the guest check and method of payment to protect both the customer and the restaurant from transaction errors

Qualifications:

• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills
• Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience
• We prefer some experience working in the food service industry
