Duties - BDC/Internet Sales Associate:

  • Collect and analyze metrics and maintain reports
  • Have a thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet
  • Create and maintain a process-driven work environment
  • Answer customer questions promptly with accuracy and integrity
  • Utilize available pricing parameters and strategies to generate profit
  • Know and understand the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail motorcycle sales
  • Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements - BDC/Internet Sales Associate:

  • At least two years of Internet Sales experience, preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
  • Elead CRM knowledge is a PLUS
  • Upload resume and complete online assessment for priority consideration
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
  • Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
