    Together we can serve and impact our local community. We are hiring for a full-time Assistant Store Manager at our Colorado Springs store. This is a great opportunity to utilize your leadership skills and experience while contributing to the success of our Women's Rehabilitation Program.     ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    -Takes an active role and partners with management team in the day-to-day operation of the store.
    -Assumes responsibility for all day to day store operations in the absence of other management.
    -Assists with coaching, training and development to the Store Employees.
    -Ensures Customer/Donor needs are met by maintaining good Customer/Donor/Community relations; complaints are resolved; and service is quick and efficient.
    -In absence of Store Manager, coordinates daily morning and shift change team meetings.Supervises employees in performance of duties to ensure compliance with published directives and guidelines.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Available to work flexible hours during open store hours, within a 10am-6pm, 7-day week time frame.


    • Able to communicate effectively with management, store employees, customers, and donors.
    • Previous retail experience and supervisory experience are a plus.
    • Must be able to operate or quickly learn to operate a POS/Cash Register
    • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
    • Must be at least 18 years of age.
    • Must hold a valid Driver's license.
    • Must pass a background check, which will include Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry.


    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.
    • Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as merchandise carts, and furniture dollies.
    • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
