Business Systems Analyst Dynamics 365 CRM

Job Title: Dynamics 365 CRM Business Systems Analyst / Techno-Functional Business Analyst Consultant Location: Boca Raton, FL ( Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Employment Type: Long Term Contract Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst or Techno-Functional Business Analyst Consultant with extensive experience in Dynamics 365 CRM, Customer Engagement, Sales within the CRM system, and Rules Engine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, configuring Dynamics 365 CRM, and ensuring successful implementation within our organization. This role requires a hybrid schedule, with three days per week onsite at our South Florida headquarters. Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. 2. Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM to meet the organization's needs, focusing on customer engagement and sales functionalities. 3. Utilize the Rules Engine within Dynamics 365 CRM to automate processes and enforce business rules effectively. 4. Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to optimize CRM performance. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, sales, marketing, and operations to implement and support CRM initiatives. 6. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the CRM system. 7. Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure the stability and functionality of Dynamics 365 CRM. 8. Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and best practices related to Dynamics 365 CRM and incorporate them into the organization's processes. 9. Document business processes, system configurations, and technical specifications for future reference and knowledge sharing. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. 2. Proven experience working as a Business Systems Analyst or Techno-Functional Business Analyst Consultant, preferably in a large enterprise environment. 3. Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration, customization, and implementation. 4. Strong understanding of customer engagement and sales processes within CRM systems. 5. Proficiency in utilizing the Rules Engine within Dynamics 365 CRM to automate business processes. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. 7. History of job stability and proven track record of delivering successful CRM projects. 8. Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. 9. Certification in Dynamics 365 CRM or relevant Microsoft certifications is a plus.
