The Lead Pharmacy Technician will primarily focus on assisting management team and improve workflow in the pharmacy setting
*Job Duties:*
* Typing Prescriptions correctly and Entering data into computer system to fill prescriptions
* Calling and helping customers, give customers information, take orders and help with questions and complaints.
* *Lead the customer service team. Creating a strong team of organized, customer oriented members.*
* Assists in maintaining logs, documents and any required paperwork.
* Assists in maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
* Compounding in Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Lab
* Working under direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist, fills prescriptions and prepares RXs and compounds of quality, compliant with State Board of Pharmacy regulations.
* Packaging of medication, reviewing and coordinating accurate and timely delivery to the customer.
*Required Skills and Abilities:*
* Ability to work independently
* *Organized.*
* Responsible
* Ability to *problem-solve and prioritize tasks*.
* Strong Organizational skills.
