Reliant Air Conditioning now has open positions in Parts Purchasing!

Duties:

- Expedite the purchase and delivery/pick up of all service and warranty parts

- Keep customers up to date on the status of their part order

- Purchase stock orders as directed by warehouse management

- Create weekly list for service technicians of parts that need to be collected and returned to the manufacturers

- File all warranty claims and return all required warranty parts with the correct paperwork

- Scrap all parts in the warehouse that don’t have to be returned

- Track all processed or denied warranty credits

- Correct denied warranty claims and reapply

Skills/Qualifications:

- Applicant must be self-motivated and energetic, able to handle the stress that Texas summers demand

- Experience in HVAC parts is a huge plus
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS office, including Word, Excel, & Outlook
- Reliable with excellent attendance
- Work well with others in difficult situations to solve customer issues and achieve positive results
- Possess strong time management skills and ability to work under time constraints
- Excellent phone skills and written communication skills
- Express a pleasant and happy tone over the phone
- Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic
