Job Description

We are seeking a Family Law Legal Assistant/Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs. This person must have at least 5 years of experience in Family Law.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
Investigate facts to help in the drafting of legal documents
Monitor and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures
Record and store client information
Converse with clients
Keeping the calendar updates
Legal filings

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in Family Law
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Familiar with the Family Law Court Forms and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
