Here at Big Blue Swim School, we care about creating big moments for our students and crew. Our team members change lives every day by helping students reach their full potential. We provide training in a welcoming and supportive environment to ensure our teachers can give great lessons for all students! Team Member Benefits:

• Full-time team member positions available with consistent schedules
• Average pay rate of $15.00 upon completion of training

Team Member Requirements:

• Previous swimming experience not required
• Enjoys having fun!
• Must pass a background check
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and be on your feet for long periods of time
• Ability to work in the water for at least 25 hours per week
• Must be willing to work at least one weekend day
