We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Childcare Teacher to join our team. As an Assistant Childcare Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children in our care. You will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.


Responsibilities:

- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children in our care

- Help plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development

- Observe and document children's progress and development

- Communicate with parents and guardians about their child's progress and development

- Maintain a clean and organized classroom

- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in our care

- Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities



Requirements:


- Previous experience working with children in a child care setting (preferred)

- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members

- Must pass a background check and drug screening
