Job Description: Coordinator

General Summary of Duties:

Assist in coordinating various aspects of the equipment rental process.

Reports To:

Coordination Manager

Supervises:

None

Examples of Duties (Includes but is not limited to the following): Rental customer service activities: take calls, answers questions, quotes rates.

Drive big to small machinery when needed to.

Assists customers choose correct equipment size, and model for application and jobsite requirements.

Meet with potential and current customers at the oil field locations.

Verifies that the customer provided the correct documentation and insurance for the rental.

Schedules/coordinates equipment hauling in support customers’ needs through appropriate channels; processes billing.

Works with Service Department to ensure equipment abuse by customers are identified and billed accordingly.

Assists outside Sales Representatives, as necessary.

Advises management of significant competitive sales and rental activities.

Communicate and work well with Billing, Release and Collection personnel.

Be available anytime to answer phone calls or texts from customers or co-workers.

Job Requirements:

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Excellent computer skills.

Excellent customer service skills and ability to assist customers.

*Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred*
