Philadelphia Country Club is currently seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals to join our team as a Bartender for upcoming Summer season. This opportunity is part-time, with flexible scheduling and day, night, and weekend availabilities based on business need.

The ideal Bartender candidate possesses a minimum of six months of Bartender relevant experience and is upbeat and friendly, and thrives in a high-energy environment to create memorable experiences for our members and their families and guests. The role ensures the mixing and service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to Members and their guests.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Is knowledgeable of the menu and drink items that are available and be able to thoroughly explain the ingredients and preparation; along with make recommendations to our Members and their guests.
- Welcomes each Member and Guest and communicates enthusiastically, and acknowledges each member by the proper PCC greeting.
-Maintains bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverages.
- Waits on high cocktail tables, records menu and drink orders and prepares drinks for servers.
- Assists in re-stocking and replenishment of inventory and supplies, completes all side work duties.
- Upholds the highest operational and Member service standards.
- Other duties, as assigned.

Job Requirements:
- Applicants must have a combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities including beverage service, knowledge of beers, wines, and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks; drink terminology and methods of preparation.
- Is TIP (Training for Intervention Procedures) certified.
- The employee frequently life, carries, or otherwise moves objects weighing up to 50 pounds and will spend over 4 hours daily standing or walking. Depending on the requirements of the event, this role may be performed indoors or outdoors.
- Must meet PCC standards for uniform, grooming, and hygiene.
