We are hiring an HVAC Installation Technician

Someone experienced in residential and light commercial HVAC systems, such as boilers, furnaces, heat pumps etc. to lead installation jobs.

Job Title: HVAC Installation Technician

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm.

Pay Rate: $27.00 to $44.00 + per hour. We pay based on experience and capabilities

What you will be doing:

• Leading installation jobs for residential and light commercial HVAC Systems
• Installing oil, propane, natural gas, and air HVAC systems, and duct work
• Providing excellent customer service
• Supervise the work of installers

Qualifications / Skills:

• Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
• 4 + years of installation experience
• 2 + years Job lead / supervisor experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Proficient experience with refrigerant, gas, oil, propane and electric heating/air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and ductless systems
• Troubleshooting and installation of all residential HVAC systems
• Able to read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and manuals
• Experience in all HVAC low voltage systems
• Able to test and balance systems
• Ability to consult with customer on complaints and give solutions
• Participate in company provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Pass background check & drug screen
• Certificate from a HVAC Technical School desired
