Fire Extinguisher Technician

Duties:

• Install, inspect, and maintain fire protection systems, including fire sprinklers, extinguishers and alarm systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of fire protection equipment to ensure proper functioning and compliance with regulations.
• Perform repairs and troubleshooting on fire protection systems as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement fire protection system installations.
• Provide training and guidance to customers on the proper use and maintenance of fire protection systems.
• Respond to emergency calls and participate in fire suppression activities as required.

Experience

• 2 years of experience in fire sprinkler fitting or related field a plus
• Life, Safety and Property Protection License REQUIRED
• Knowledge of alarm system sales and installation a plus
• Proficiency in using hand tools for installation is a plus.
• Experience as a service technician or in construction inspection is desirable.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and components.
• Field service experience is preferred.

Ability to detect and troubleshoot issues with fire protection systems.
