Cook- Rio Chama Steakhouse

Located just off the Santa Fe Plaza and near the state capitol, Rio Chama is a "home away from home" for both locals and visitors alike. The Cook prepares meals and follows established recipes. Duties include preparing and cooking ingredients, adhering to the menu and following food health and safety procedures. The Cook also cleans and assists other kitchen staff to deliver high quality food items in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Must be authorized to work in the United States

Must have valid/current ANSI Food Handler Certification

Must have at least 2+ years experience as a cook in the Restaurant Industry
