Job Description
Pioneer-Wooldridge Insurance Agency is a dynamic and growing independent insurance agency in Sioux City, IA. We have an immediate opening for a Customer Service Agent (CSA) – Commercial Lines.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time, talented, energetic person who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This position will assist our commercial client base with various service needs such as: certificate issuance, insurance placement, marketing, quoting, policy entry and claims reporting.
Qualifications & Education:
• Reliable and detailed-oriented
• P&C Agents License – Personal/Commercial
• 2 years of commercial insurance customer service experience
• Excellent time management, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Experience with Applied EPIC is a plus
