Are you a forward-thinking engineer passionate about elevating reliability and asset care to new heights? Join us as a Reliability Engineer in the vibrant city of El Dorado, AR, and take a lead role in transforming our operations. As a key liaison between production and maintenance, you will champion Asset Care Excellence (ACE) principles, ensuring optimal equipment performance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. ACE Implementation:
    • Apply the principles of Asset Care Excellence (ACE) to all aspects of work, emphasizing safe operation and compliance programs.
    • Establish and maintain process-related equipment maintenance systems, ensuring safe and efficient operations that exceed regulatory requirements.
  2. Continuous Improvement:
    • Conduct pareto analyses of maintenance costs and repair frequencies, identifying bad actors and implementing measures for improvement or replacement.
    • Lead cross-functional teams in activities such as Reliability Centered Maintenance, Root Cause Analysis, and Six Sigma Teams to enhance reliability.
  3. Reporting and Documentation:
    • Prepare and submit monthly reports summarizing major maintenance and reliability activities, including ongoing capital projects.
    • Lead the capital project input and budgeting process for the assigned area.
  4. Maintenance Operations Leadership:
    • Execute maintenance work orders, ensuring quality metrics are met, and drive down emergency work orders and callouts.
    • Set weekly/daily maintenance scheduling priorities and assure operators are entering work orders in JDE for non-optimal plant issues.
  5. Root Cause Analysis and Documentation:
    • Lead and coordinate Root Cause Analysis investigations for bad actors and significant reliability incidents.
    • Manage all areas of mechanical equipment-related maintenance not covered by the Mechanical Integrity program.
