We are located on 1.5 acres of land at 5000 Ridgedale Parkway in North Chesterfield, VA. With up to 104 students, from ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. Our caring team is committed to your child's safety, fun, and education.

Duties

The Door Attendant / Floater/ Van Driver (Childcare)reports to Director and Office Administration.The person for this position must have 24 hours of annual training hours 1 month after hire or promotion.
The primary purpose/function for this position will be the following:

  • Answer the front door for clients in a professional manner in the morning and evening.
  • Must be willing to work in a classroom as needed with various ages of children in a professional and upbeat manner.The person for this position must be willing to work in any capacity needed. The hours needed for this position is 6:30 am to 12:30 pm with a break 12:30 pm to 4 pm and come back 4 pm to 6 pm, Monday thru Friday.
  • Drive a 15-passenger van with young children (must have a good driving record with no major violations).


Requirements

This position requires you to be able to pass aCriminal Background Check,Child Protective Services Background Check, and aSkin Tuberculosis test. Furthermore, for this position it is required that the teacher must complete13 hours of online training. This training must be completed before you are able to start work. Reliable transportation is necessary, and you must truly desire to work with children in a childcare setting.

The qualification for this job is a high school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

We would prefer someone who has a Two-year college degree, but this is not mandatory.
