MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL ABOUT 90% OF THE TIME
Electrician Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain and repair electrical control, wiring and lighting systems
- Read technical diagrams and blueprints
- Perform general electrical maintenance
- Inspect transformers, circuit breakers and other electrical components
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices
- Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring and fixtures
- Follow NEC, NFPA70E and other state and local regulations
- Good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems
- Good knowledge of various testing equipment
Requirements/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Completion of Electricians Apprenticeship
- 2 or more years of experience working as an Electrician
- Valid Driver's License
- Deep electrical system, power generation, blueprints and maintenance and repair knowledge
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Willing to travel up to 90%
- Willing to work weekends and or Holidays when needed.
