As a Senior Financial Analyst – Investor Relations you will support the investor relations function in business intelligence, corporate access and communication. You’ll be a part of a dynamic team, setting up a new function, targeting investor, understand market dynamics and industry expectations in order to effectively communicate with wall street.  Bring your hunger to learn and succeed in Finance, and together we will shape a stronger future for our company and your career!

The preferred location for this role is Michigan or Illinois as this role would be hybrid and require some days in office.

• You Play an Important Role on the Team - Interacting with leads on guidance with reports, analytics, strategic plans, business plans, and targets. Working with business partners within the organization to better understand our business and how to communicate our financial performance to wall street.
\n\t
• A Day as a Senior Financial Analyst -You will be driving into the financial statements and business results of mid-cap center store companies to keep leaders informed of market dynamics and investor perceptions.
\n\t
• Special Projects – You will be leading ad-hoc questions, and projects related to investor questions and business results.
\n\t
• Drive for Results - Proactively recommending updates to processes and procedures to identify opportunities and meet needs of leadership. 
\n\t
• Continuous Improvement –With an owner’s mindset, you’ll identify areas where we can standardize processes and develop better ones.  Our success is shaped by you.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field of study required
\n\t
• Hunger for learning and business acumen
\n\t
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
\n\t
• Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
\n\t
• Strong PC skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Working knowledge of financial models
\n\t
• Exposure to investment analysis
\n\t
• Intellectual curiosity and the ability to communicate things in a simple manner for a variety of audiences.
