Marketing Coordinator Summary:

Lennar is seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will be assisting the Marketing team with day-to-day marketing activities and responsibilities including social media, digital content, marketing events, market research and general tasks. The position requires an ability to be multi-task oriented, self-sufficient, dependable, ability to cope under pressure, maintain good judgement, be eager to learn and have a professional, supportive attitude.



Responsibilities

  • Organize, create and update digital and physical marketing materials and files.
  • Coordinate social media presence, take videos and post on social media platforms.
  • Help manage and monitor online content including Lennar.com, landing pages and paid promotions.
  • Attend all marketing division meetings, calls and events both onsite and virtual.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of branding guidelines, marketing campaigns and available resources. Be knowledgeable about all Lennar current and upcoming communities, including floorplans, locations, schedules.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the marketing department by assisting in maintaining marketing files, reports, supplies and model vendors.
  • Provide general support to sales team and staff - on all marketing initiatives, collateral, projects, events, meetings and other, as needed.
  • Execute on the Divisions e-marketing plan with the creation and distribution of social media and email marketing.
  • Coordinate, execute and attend a variety of functions including community openings, community events, and realtor events.
  • Coordinate the divisions' participation at trade show, home tours and housing shows.
  • Act as a liaison between construction and sales department in ordering construction signage, homesite signs.
  • Creating blog content and blog posts weekly.
  • Monitor and update the website to ensure homes are live with current photos and descriptions and correct pricing.
  • Order, track and organize photography, virtual tours and community video footage.
  • Review / proof website content, social media copy, photography, signage, and additional marketing assets.
  • Create and maintain calendars, spreadsheets, and other tracking and communication tools using Excel and other project management tracking systems (Airtable).
  • Interface with community sales teams to monitor needs for marketing assets such as signage, photography, flyers, and other marketing supplies.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing preferred
  • Knowledge of real estate or home building industry a plus
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Must enjoy working on a high-performance team and environment
  • Professionally perform multiple, detailed-oriented tasks with simultaneous deadlines
  • Proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud tools
  • Excellent computer skills including advanced Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
  • Experience with image editing and video editing apps
  • Possess strong work ethic, integrity and loyalty

Physical Requirements:

Position requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard.
