Position Summary

The primary responsibility of this position is to plan, direct, and coordinate activities of new to market SSR Products & Services, ensuring that goals or objectives of project are safely accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters and the customer receives a quality product or service which meets or exceeds all of the customer requirements.
Working closely with SSR Product Managers, you will be key to delivering and integrating new products and services to the market.

Duties & Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL

* Set up and monitor project budgets. Provide revenue and cost advice to include relevant cost accruals as applicable. Participate or directly engage in forecasting of project revenue and cost.
* Applies business line, service line and regional objectives, principles and practices in the interpretation, organization, execution, and coordination of projects of any complexity (e.g., multi service line and/or multi-disciplinary and/or international).
* Day to day management of assigned projects and project teams, including the planning of project operations and the supervision of operational personnel on site including the review of procedures, staffing requirements and allocation of available resources to various phases of the project to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget.
* Develop and maintain resource-loaded project schedule with detailed work breakdown structure (WBS).
* Prepares and/or reviews project specific procedures.
* As appropriate, coordinate with Product Managers in the development of Bids and Proposals.
* Co-Ordinate with all relevant SSR functions, regarding the implementation and delivery of new products and services, most likely Technical Support, Engineering, Training, Operations, Service Excellence.
* Manage AFE and R+D Budgets for the Team.
* Plan and manage, Trials, Acceptance Tests, Operational Demonstrations of New Products and Services.
* All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

* Relevant Project Management experience and/or training.
* Must hold/maintain a valid passport and be able to obtain visas for international travel.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Extensive working knowledge of Primavera and/or Microsoft Project.
* Ability to learn and navigate in PeopleSoft or similar enterprise management software, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

DESIRED

* BS in Engineering or Equivalent Experience.
* Offshore / oilfield operational experience.
* Proven knowledge/training/experience in remotely operated systems, subsea well intervention equipment and practices.
* Relevant New Product Development experience.
* PMP Certification or equivalent.

Additional Information

This position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.
