As an Accounts Receivable Representative I with Hunter Hamilton, you will play a crucial role in managing customer accounts, ensuring timely invoicing, and facilitating payments. This position involves engaging with customers, navigating internal and client systems, and providing exceptional service to uphold financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with customer finance teams to establish account setup and clarify invoicing procedures.

- Participate in project meetings to define customer requirements and assist with various logistical aspects.

- Coordinate with IT teams to develop interfaces, map data, and ensure system reliability.

- Verify tax status and submit necessary documentation as required.

- Support implementation projects by providing training and process review.

- Monitor payment status and follow up with customers to resolve any discrepancies.

- Assist project managers with additional duties related to accounts receivable.

- Contribute to inventory processes by organizing stock and reconciling variances.

Job Requirements:

- High School diploma or GED; relevant work experience preferred over degree.

- Proficiency in computer skills with the ability to learn and navigate new systems.

- Strong customer service skills for effective communication via email and phone.

- Basic to intermediate Excel skills for spreadsheet creation.

- Previous accounting experience is beneficial.

- Comfortable working in a casual dress code environment.

Qualifications:

- Accredited College degree, equivalent on-the-job training, or relevant experience.

- Ability to adapt to a professional office environment and perform routine office tasks.

- Flexible availability for occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
