Pro Staff is collaborating with an insurance company in Alexandria, MN, in search of an experienced Account Representative. This company prioritizes personalized customer service, ensuring clients have peace of mind with responsible protection programs tailored to their needs.


Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Monday - Friday | $16.34/hr - $21.63/hr


Our client fosters a culture where integrity and client trust come first. As an Account Representative, you'll have the opportunity to demonstrate your exceptional customer service, organizational, and time management skills. You'll work collaboratively within a team and provide technical support to Account Executives by analyzing client needs, coverage forms, and quotations.


Responsibilities include:

  • Attending prospect and client meetings as requested by the Account Executive.
  • Submitting applications to carriers and ensuring timely receipt of quotations and policies.
  • Processing certificates, policies, and endorsements, and verifying accuracy before forwarding to clients.
  • Preparing summaries of insurance and proposals for word processing.
  • Reviewing policy audits and facilitating corrections between clients and carriers.
  • Processing and following up on cancellation requests to ensure accurate and timely resolution.
  • Identifying exposure to loss and recommending appropriate coverages in coordination with Account Executives.
