About this job

We are seeking an Contact Center Advisor for one of our best clients in the Tampa FL area. Our client is a global leader in the beauty industry by offering every person around the world the best of beauty in terms of quality, efficacy, safety, sincerity and responsibility to satisfy all beauty needs and desires in their infinite diversity.

This person works in a phone-based role fielding HR related calls and will also assist with administrative tasks.

This role provides the flexibility to work from home on a hybrid basis

Pay: Starting pay ranges between 22-23/hr with room for growth
Schedule: Monday-Fri 9am 5:30pm

Day in the Life-

Provide HR Contact Center Support to include creating cases, payroll inquiry support, and answering phone calls and emails.

Keys to Success -
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
  • Prior experience working in a contact center
  • Use of case management software is preferred such as ServiceNow
