LPN-Medically Fragile Special Needs Students-FLOAT POSITION-CUYAHOGA COUNTY

PSI is looking for a Special Needs School Health LPN to support Medically Fragile Students. Both Full-time and Part-time positions available in the Cuyahoga County Area. This would be for the 2023/2024 school year with the opportunity to continue into next year.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license through the Ohio Board of Nursing
• Experience working with medically fragile children strongly preferred
• Must be knowledgeable about communicable disease prevention and medication protocol
• Knowledge of HIPAA laws & ability to appropriately handle confidential information
• Experience with trach care, vent care, tube feeding, catheterization strongly preferred
• Collaborative, constructive team building skills are required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
• Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
