General Duties:

Responsible for managing daily human resource activities for the Oklahoma City facility.

Essential Job Functions:

* Manage and guide a human resources team in its daily activities

* Assist and work closely with the VP of Human Resources in standardizing and implementing HR processes and activities across the sites

* Partner with senior management to support HR related strategies, activities and initiatives and to ensure organizational alignment with the business on a daily basis

* Develop and maintain a standardized recruitment process including onboarding and termination

* Develop employee retention strategies

* Generate high level monthly reports and metrics of all HR activities in conjunction with provided budget

* Manage employee compensation and incentive programs as required

* Manage high level company HR communication and employee engagement initiatives

* Develops, schedules, and conducts management, and interpersonal skills training to improve employee performance

* Ensure internal compliance of all adopted HR processes and audits

* Manage employee performance and relevant training

* Develop, update and implement policies, procedures, standardized job descriptions and guidelines

* Conduct and resolve investigations and manage conflict resolutions

* Participates in onboarding and exiting processes

* Assist the contracts department in negotiating and securing HR related contractual agreements as required


Skills and Experiences:

* Excellent knowledge of legislation and employment standards

* Current knowledge of human resources business practices

* Demonstrating a solid knowledge of employment law

* Recruitment experience

* 3 years' experience in labor relations

* 3 to 5 years in management/leadership role
