Line Cook (Part-Time)

Our culinary team is essential. They play in integral role in the experience we give our guests through food. It is fast-paced, challenging and rewarding. Our Back of House puts out a high volume of food, at high quality and it takes a lot of hard work to do both. Through hard work, you can create a very rewarding, enjoyable job or career. Job Requirements:

• Line cooks are required to set up their workstations for a successful service.
• Knife work is required along with the use of fryers, griddles, grills, convection ovens, salamander etc.
• Fire and plate dishes in a safe, timely manner.
• Always work with clean and safe practices.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and team-lift up to 50 lbs.
• Open availability preferred, weekend availability is a must.
