A local leading financial advisors and wealth management company is actively seeking for a Insurance Customer Service Representative.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform investment monitoring.
  • Serve as primary communication contact for investment and insurance clients. Direct the customer to the appropriate staff member if needed.
  • Schedule meetings, maintains calendar and prepares corresponding material for such meetings and presentations.
  • Maintains the books and record up-dated.
  • Implement and monitor customers ongoing system automatic communications.
  • Help plan events, activities and coordinates meetings arrangements and agendas. FMG Suites. Implementing and monitoring events within FMG suite system.
  • Handles information requests and needs. Must be thorough on following up items and requests accordingly.
  • Respond with high accountability on action items while accomplishing work with minimum supervision.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with mayor in Finance, accounting preferred. Combination of knowledge and experience.
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional work ethics and strict confidentiality on all matters.
  • Must demonstrate the following skills: team building, record keeping; analytic, problem solving and decision-making abilities. Highly motivated, dynamic, and disciplined.
  • Able to manage a number of projects at one time while meeting deadlines. Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills to complete the various tasks required.
  • Investments knowledge – SIE preferred but no required.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point, teams).
  • Knowledge in AdviceWorks systems preferred.
