PC-Desktops and Laptops, iPhone, peripherals, and client/server technology Hands on experience with Windows7, Windows 10 Active Directory, and VPN Understanding of Internet technologies beneficial Hands on experience supporting the Microsoft Office Suite Ability to support printers, scanners, and other peripherals. Updating documentation and completing e-install forms required The ideal candidate will have: PC hardware and software troubleshooting skills PC Refresh Projects - backing up and restoring data / setup and configuration of new PCs. A+ Certification Customer service skills - good soft skills when dealing with customers in person. Good written and oral communication skills Detail oriented and organized.
