**Description**

Bartenders at Firebirds are personable and attentive, customizing each dining experience and making handcrafting cocktails that meet and exceed the guests expectations.

Our team members are the most important stakeholder here at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill and such an important part of our brand. We ensure that our team members receive extensive training and development, are continuously set up for success, and feel welcomed in our Firebirds family.

**What We Expect of You:**

* Greets guests immediately

* Provides Firebirds style of Service Priorities in bar and Firebar areas

* Pre-busses Firebar to ensure cleanliness

* Enter all food and beverages into Micros POS system

* Assist guests in making menu and beverage selectionrecommends wine to compliment the entre

* Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar guests and well tickets

* Mix ingredients to prepare our craft cocktails according to recipes

* Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

* Remain guest focused to ensure extraordinary experiences

* Keep your station Neat, Clean, and Organized

* Comfortable working as a team in a fast-paced environment

**Qualifications:**

* Excellent written and oral communication skills

* Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations

* Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours or more a day

* Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 25 pounds

* Ability to be patient and have a guest-oriented mindset

* Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all team members

* Must have reliable transportation to work

* 21+ age requirement to bartend
