Part Time Sales Associate

Gas Bijoux is seeking for a Part Time Sales Associate to join our Miami , FL team. We are a fabulous Costume Jewelry and Accessories line all handmade in the South of France. We bring a very distinctive  approach to the category through our very unique merchandise selection, sophisticated store design and exceptional customer care. Founded in 1969 in St Tropez, the company currently operates several freestanding shops in the USA, being our Miami outpost the newest.

Sales Associates will be responsible for driving store performance,  and for building an unparalleled reputation for customer service.

Who were looking for: 

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team on Weekends. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, very confortable with sales and motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets. Able to nurture relationships with existing clients, creating/maintaining a high repeat customer retention.

• Responsibilities and Duties

Providing a great customer service experience by: 

• Demonstrating great product knowledge and great sales 
• Greeting and treating each client individually to help meet their needs
• Able to manage POS system knowledge in order to check customers out, receive/process exchanges, returns etc.
• Increasing store sales by suggesting additional items that meet the needs of your client
• Reaching out and following up with past purchases
• Email capture and follow up with new arrivals and suggestions.
• Keeping a neat clean and safe work environment both on and off the floor, maintaining an attractive visual merchandising as per guidelines.
• Handle everyday Customer Service needs as help with repairs, Special Orders, exchanges, etc

Qualifications and Skills

• Retail experience preferred, but not required
• Previous experience in sales preferred, in Fashion Retail a PLUS
• Comfortable working with people and One-On-One situations and with clients.
• Strong organization, communication and follow-up skills are essential
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously
• Sales oriented and self-motivated individual who is able to achieve daily sales goals defined by management.
• Must be available weekends/Partial shifts on request
• Computer  and English proficiency a MUST.
• Able to stand for several hours a day during shift

Work Remotely: No

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour + 3% NON SHARED commission

Schedule: Friday, Saturday and Sunday

• Some weekdays/Holidays as needed
