Job Description

Mau Marine and The Okoboji Store Valet Service operates on Fridays through Sundays and during special Holiday weekends, such as Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day. This service, available at the Okoboji Store dock, aims to optimize customer visits to the restaurant by offering a higher volume of dock space.

Responsibilities

The following responsibilities will be expected for this position:

• Implement an efficient and well-organized system for the prompt retrieval and delivery of customer boats, ensuring a seamless valet service experience.
• Ensure timely and careful handling of customer boats, maintaining a high standard of service delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in docking their boats, engaging in friendly conversations, and representing Mau Marine and The Okoboji Store positively.
• During downtime, oversee the maintenance of grounds, ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere for our guests.

Requirements

Applicants must possess the following qualifications:

• Excellent organizational skills
• Experience interacting with customers and providing great service
• High level of experience operating boats; including outboard pontoons, v-drive and inboard boats, and twin engine boats
