Responsibilities - Auto Dealership Service Advisor:
- Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, offer additional services and 'specials', schedule service, greet customers, answer questions, follow vehicle status from service bay entry to completion of work, review completed work order with customers, and ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain high CSI score
Requirements - Auto Dealership Service Advisor
- Automotive Service Advisor experience is preferred
- Good customer service, communication and computer skills
- A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Driver's license and insurance
