Pay: $25 - $28/hr. (depending on experience)

Schedule: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday


Accounts Payable Clerk responsibilities include:

  • Accounts payable experience, proficiency in accounts payable software, preferably Oracle, and effective communication skills.
  • Invoice vouchering
  • Assigning 1099 withholding codes
  • Handling vendor statements
  • Communicating with suppliers via email, phone, and/or mail
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills
  • Other duties as assigned
  • 2-3 years of related experience
