Pay: $25 - $28/hr. (depending on experience)
Schedule: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday
Accounts Payable Clerk responsibilities include:
- Accounts payable experience, proficiency in accounts payable software, preferably Oracle, and effective communication skills.
- Invoice vouchering
- Assigning 1099 withholding codes
- Handling vendor statements
- Communicating with suppliers via email, phone, and/or mail
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills
- Other duties as assigned
- 2-3 years of related experience
