Overview:
The sale of a Life Insurance policy doesn't end once the policy is issued. Some would argue that the most important aspect of a sale is the service that follows. We are looking for individuals who understand the importance of post-issue service - those who enjoy the challenges of problem-solving. As part of our Life Insurance Division, the Inforce team must possess a diverse skill set, understanding all aspects of life insurance policies and the unique nuances of each carrier we support. As an Inforce Specialist, you will provide post-issue life policy maintenance to our clients. It's essential for each Specialist to deliver exceptional service and care with every case they handle, while also being detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
What you'll do:
  • Process, review and follow-up on service work for our inforce life insurance contracts; including but not limited to premium changes, financial/non-financial changes, and illustrations
  • Send all necessary paperwork to the proper carriers
  • Research and analyze issues providing problem resolution
  • Provide support to the Sales teams, new business and licensing teams on inforce inquiries and pending notifications
Experience you'll bring:
  • Strongly preferred: Previous experience working with Life insurance
  • Basic knowledge of life insurance products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized, ability to work independently
  • Detail oriented, focused on quality in all aspects of your work
  • PC proficiency, ability to work on several platforms at once
