\nHours and Compensation Potential:
\n-Full-time position.
\n-Compensation ranges from $51K to $75K depending on experience.
\n-Comprehensive benefits package included.
\nWhat We're Looking For:
\n-Bachelor's or Master's degree in a mental health field such as counseling, social work, or music therapy.
\n-License, registration, and/or certification appropriate to the field.
\n-Knowledge of DSM-V diagnosis.
\nWhat You'll Be Doing:
\n-Conduct therapy assessments and provide group and individual therapy to inpatient psychiatric patients of all ages.
\n-Complete documentation accurately and within specified time frames.
\n-Cross-train as appropriate and contribute to various department needs.
\n-Assess patient strengths and needs, delegating tasks to Mental Health Technicians as necessary.
\n-Participate in outpatient behavioral health services and conduct group therapy sessions.
\n-Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary treatment team.
