Engineer Product I - Product Verification & Validation

Executes test plan by conducting simple tests and assigning in-depth work to mechanics, lab engineers, field test sites, and structural analysts. Leads the team through root cause investigations and data gathering when prototypes fail tests. Applies mechanical and electrical engineering aptitude to assist design engineers, participate in design reviews, gather the right data, and design tests. Learns company products and develops customer understanding to become a “voice of the customer” and plan tests that accurately represent customer usage. Communicates technical and non-technical information clearly and concisely with peers and leadership in written and verbal forms. Requirements: 4-year engineering degree preferred (or equivalent work experience). Experience in a testing environment.
