Salary: $58,000 - $70,000

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience
• A bachelor's degree in anything mechanical, electrical, or chemical (with a focus on manufacturing or industrial processes)
• Technical background with an extensive understanding of machinery

This position requires hands-on work for the majority of the day. A Lead Machinist will also be responsible for managing a group of 3 - 4 people, creating spreadsheets, performing data entry, and analyzing data.

• Schedule production floor work according to job priorities
• Reevaluate the workload multiple times throughout the shift
• Operate production machines
• Test equipment
• Check operator paperwork for correctness
• Maintain safety and quality standards
