You can make a significant difference for patients who depend on acute care nursing, in a home-like setting with a low, 1:4 nurse to patient ratio. This type of nursing requires excellent assessment skills, nursing judgment, and the ability to act quickly to any change of condition. Basic Qualifications:

  • Current Washington State Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse license without restrictions | RN or LPN

or

  • Current Multi-State License from a participating Compact State
