Disabled and Elderly Care Home Manager | Caregiver | CNA

The Disabled and Elderly Care Home Manager | Caregiver | CNA will be responsible for the overall management and operations of our home facility. This position will oversee the day-to-day activities of the facility, ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and manage the staff and resources of the home.

Home Manager Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor operational performance of the home, develop and implement strategies to improve quality, safety, and efficiency
• Maintain relationships with team, vendors, and owners
• Manage staff, including recruitment, training, and evaluation
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and policies
• Develop and implement quality assurance initiatives
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Home Manager Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a caregiver and experience managing other staff
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations and standards
• Must be a fluent English speaker
• Proven leadership and management experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with other staff members
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
