Now hiring a Shop Foreman for a manufacturing company in Rittman.
Weekly pay at $20 per hour.
The Shop Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the production team to ensure efficient operations and timely completion of tasks.
Job Duties:
- Supervise and direct the activities of workers including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing coaching as needed.
- Plan and schedule production activities to meet customer demand and production goals.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and development.
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations and guidelines to promote a safe working environment.
- Inspect equipment and machinery regularly to ensure proper functioning, addressing any issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities including production reports, inventory levels, and employee performance evaluations.
Previous experience as a Supervisor in a Manufacturer setting is required.
