Gate Attendant - Westminster

Carolina Poly, located in Westminster, SC, is currently seeking Gate Attendants to join our team. Carolina Poly – Westminster, a reprocessing facility, is a new addition to an established nationwide manufacturing company that can provide growth and advancement opportunities.

Gate Attendants work a yearly set 2-2-3 schedule with 12 hour shifts. The days of the week worked will rotate from week to week. Candidates must be available to work each day of the week.

• Monitor employee access to the facility.
• Collect and disperse paperwork for shipments in absence of shipping and receiving personnel (nights and weekends).
• Register all visitors properly and ensure they are sent to proper departments.
• Communicate with various departments to announce visitors, issues, or emergencies.
• The role will involve additional responsibilities and opportunities as they become necessary and/or are assigned by management.
• Patrol grounds on foot and both inside the office and factory floor.
• Ensure access points are locked/checked at specified times.

• Excellent communications skills, bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience in a security role preferred.
• The ability to work a night shift or a day shift as assigned by management.
• The aptitude and desire necessary to be a good student of Carolina Poly procedures.
