We are are retirement community for the Daughters of Charity. We are located in a wonderful park like setting. Vehicle parking is onsite. We have the following full time position open.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our maintenance team as a Maintenance Assistant II. This individual must have skills in building maintenance as well as strong background in all aspects of landscaping, gardening, lawn care and fertilization. We provide comprehensive landscaping services in house. As a Maintenance Assistant II on our team, you operate mowers, leaf blowers, weed eaters and other common tools to create and maintain carefully manicured outdoor spaces. We are especially interested in candidates with prior experience in landscape maintenance, grounds maintenance, gardening as well as all aspects of building maintenance to include HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting etc. A valid driver's license is required.
