Salary:
- Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials and supplies
- Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
- They are to oversee and ensure accuracy of the shipping and receiving of customer material
- In addition, they will generate BOL and packing slips, and directly communicate with customers regarding scheduling and material pick up and drop offs
- Will work with the purchasing agent to coordinate receiving materials and keep them in properly organized in the warehouse
- Label material received with a job/project name
- Coordinate completion of projects with the Director of Manufacturing
- Forklift certified
- Responsible to coordinate with shop supervisors and purchasing agent materials, stocking and requirements
- Shipping and receiving coordinator will report to the Director of Manufacturing
Skills:
- Needs to have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and will be able to present information in a clear and concise manner. It is essential to have a sound understanding of manufacturing.
- Computers skills: Excel, Microsoft Word
- Forklift certified preferred but not necessary
