HVAC Residential Air Conditioner Installer

BVS Home Experts is now hiring experienced Residential HVAC Installers to service Katy and the Greater Surrounding Area. Job requirements include:

Qualifications:

• 3+ Years' experience preferred, but not required.
• Integrity and ability to promote a positive company image.
• Must have willingness to learn and pay attention to detail.
• Provide exceptional customer service while on the job site.
• Results driven in a high-energy environment.
• Knowledge of HVAC codes and the ability to make on-the-job decisions.
• Must be able to follow directions and work independently.
• Installations include, but are not limited to air conditioners, furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps and duct distribution systems.
• Should have the ability to troubleshoot and repair all issues that arise during an install, to ensure the equipment functions properly.
• Communicate with the customer effectively on how to operate and maintain their new equipment.
• Able to work long hours including weekends and holidays in all weather conditions
• Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders, work in attics, garages, crawl spaces and on roofs
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks daily such as squatting, bending, lifting, and reaching overhead.
• Ensure company vehicle is kept clean and well maintained.
• EPA Certification and TDLR registration
• Must have valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Pay:

• Competitive Pay with weekly payroll
• $15-$27 per hour.
