Practice Description

Grand Itasca Clinic and Hospital, a part of Fairview Health Services, is looking for a Certified Nurse Practitioner or licensed Physician Assistant with an interest in urology to join its Urology Department.

POSITION: Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: 1.00 FTE

WORK SCHEDULE: Days

DEPARTMENT: Medical Staff

Practice Details

• Full time (1.0 FTE) opportunity
• 23 provider, primary care practice with multiple specialists onsite.
• The APP will work closely with Urologist to provide a full range of general adult urology.
• Strong referral base from our primary and specialty care providers.
• Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience preferred.
• Training in Urology preferred but not required.
