Lyndon Station WI - PRN In Home Caregiver

Job Summary:
Village Caregiving - Eau Claire is seeking a compassionate and dedicated PRN In Home Caregiver to join our team in Lyndon Station, WI. As a Part Time - hourly Healthcare / Medical individual contributor, you will provide essential care and support to elderly and disabled individuals in their homes. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on their daily lives while working on a flexible, as-needed basis.

Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $15 to $25 per hour, paid semimonthly. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work flexible hours and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. You will also have access to ongoing training and support to enhance your caregiving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide care and assistance with daily tasks, such as bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Administer medication reminders
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Report any changes in client's condition to the supervisor
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Follow all safety and infection control protocols
- Adhere to the client's care plan and instructions from the supervisor

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience, preferably in an in-home setting
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility with scheduling, including availability for weekend and evening shifts
- Ability to pass a background check
