#1 Cochran has an immediate need for an experienced a wholesale Mechanical Parts Advisor at our Natrona Heights Wholesale Parts Hub. Responsibilities

• Handle telephone parts orders called in by retail (mechanical) accounts
• Promote additional parts sales by suggesting related items, seasonal lines, and/or parts specialists
• Conduct regular telephone solicitation on assigned accounts
• Inform customers when parts specially ordered for them are received
• Determine correct parts numbers and “pick” parts for orders received
• Arrange for delivery or shipment of parts as required
• Prepare and cost out parts invoices
• Help maintain parts stock in orderly condition
• Assist with regular parts inventories and the selection of parts for return under parts obsolescence protection program
• Assist in physical re-arrangement of layout
• Attend group training sessions as required

Work from Home Qualifications

• 90-day onsite training in the warehouse
• Maintain sales and phone call volume requirements
• Weekly teams meetings with the Wholesale Parts Director

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Tech savvy and comfortable with computers
• Experience in wholesale parts sales desired with a business following in Pittsburgh needed
• Ability to work well with the public, sometimes with several customers at a time
