Closing/Escrow Coordinator:

Lennar is seeking a Closing/Escrow Coordinator to provide administrative support to VP of Sales/Marketing through a variety of related responsibilities.



Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update Home Status Tracking Sheets with EHM and outside lenders.
  • Set up and maintain files for new agreements.
  • Back-up for gathering sales reports every Monday.
  • Scan purchase agreements to North American Title, Lender and New Home Consultant.
  • HOA- confirm all necessary documents, fees and Management Company for each community.
  • Copy and distribute agreements to buyers and realtors, if applicable.
  • Send out all closing letters concerning settlement to the appropriate people.
  • Send out all default and termination letters.
  • Process all documents for communities that need to be FHA approved.
  • Set up closing folders for documentation and keys to be provided at settlement.
  • Maintain and update closing calendar with NAT and outside Title/Lender.
  • Assist Division President, VP of Sales/Marketing with assigned projects as needed.
  • Prepare all price releases.


Qualifications

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years experience as receptionist and/or clerical
  • Basic PC skills required
  • Accurate typing and strong organizational skills
